New Features/Enhancements:
1. Optimize the design of Utility so that it can recognize the completed configuration in Web management mode, such as account password and LAG settings.
2. Optimize the character set to support half-width characters when setting account passwords.
3. Optimize the display of the account password setting page.
4. Solved the problem that can not update the latest firmware of the TL-SG116E V1.20 with Uitily.
