5.Improved the performance of Loopback detection;

6.Enhancement in supporting for dot1dTp and dot1qTp in BRIDGE-MIB and Q-BRIDGE-MIB;

7.Enhancement in the encryption of password.

Bug Fixed：

1.Fix the bug of the unmanaging problem when upgrading with a wrong big-zise file;

2.Fix the bug of several returning value errors of the sub-nodes in MIB public library Interface node.
