Bug Fixed:
1. Fix the bug that the SFP+ ports cannot link after manually configuring them as 1000M and restarting the device.
Notes:
1. This firmware is fully adapted to Omada SDN Controller v5.9 and above.
2. Your device's configuration won't be lost after upgrading.
