1. Fixed the issue that URL filter and DPI would not take effect when browser enabled TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support.

2. Fixed the issue that DNS proxy might not take effect.

3. Fixed the issue that DDNS binds multiple WAN IP to one URL.

4. Fixed the issue that Wireguard VPN traffic might be forwarded to WAN connection.

5. Fixed the known security vulnerabilities.
