New Features & Bug Fixed:
1. Added support for QoS for VLAN in controller mode;
2. Fixed an issue that could cause the master unit to restart when creating a stacking group in controller mode.
3. Fixed a communication anomaly that might occur while upgrading a stacking group in controller mode.
4. Fixed the bug that ACL entries could not be modified when all ACL resources were in use.
