1. Fixed the problem of memory leakage caused by LLDP and LACP.
2. Add support for forwarding unknown multicast traffic towards router port.
3. Add support for not forwarding traffic from member port which failed to aggregate in LACP.
4. Enhanced the stability of system configuration under controller management.
5. Enhanced the stability of the stack system.
